These regulations, which came into force on 30 September 2006, amended the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and Catch Histories) Notice 1986. The amendments varied the total allowable commercial catch for certain species in certain quota management areas.

These regulations, which came into force on 30 September 2006, amended the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and Catch Histories) Notice 1986. The amendment varied the total allowable commercial catch for orange roughy in quota management areas 1, 8, and 9 (Auckland (East), Auckland (West), and Central (Egmont) (combined) by reducing it from 1400 to 800 greenweight tonnes.

Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Amendment Notice (No 3) 2006 (SR2006/304)Edit

These regulations, which came into force on 30 September 2006, amended the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Notice 2003 by:

  • altering the interim and annual deemed values for 18 other existing stocks.
