The Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) is an intergovernmental technical advisory organisation looking after the interests of most of Oceania and (the overlapping) Australasia, extending from Palau to Pitcairn Island. There are 26 member states or territories, including four of what used to be called the "Colonial Powers" [1].
Of particular interest to the Fishery Management wikicity is the Marine Resources Division.
